Describe how a user should acquire this staking token: (i) Acquire $LOCKS either on Kodiak or on Goldiswap, (ii) acquire $BERA, then provide full range liquidity on Kodiak before staking on Beradrome.
4. Tokens Information
For each token in the pool/staking token, please provide
- Name: LOCKS
- Symbol $LOCKS
- Token Contract Addresses (on Berachain and bridging addresses if cross-chain):
LOCKS Address: 0xb7E448E5677D212B8C8Da7D6312E8Afc49800466
PORRIDGE and LOCKS staking Address: 0xbf2E152f460090aCE91A456e3deE5ACf703f27aD
- Note that the entire initial supply of $LOCKS (190m) was minted to team and seed investor addresses. $LOCKS is minted on buys and burned on sells, so the % held by these addresses shrinks as the token is bought and supply increases. Seed investor wallets (owning a total of 154m) have a 3 month cliff and 12 month linear vesting from TGE. Team tokens (34m) are permanently locked.
- Note also that every $LOCKS token is backed by a minimum amount of $HONEY at all times (currently ~44% of market price, and has increased ~52% from TGE).
5. Incentive Tokens
Only up to two tokens can be whitelisted for use as incentives in a Reward Vault. Indicate which tokens will be used and provide all relevant information below.
Required Data for Incentive Tokens:
- Name PORRIDGE, BERA
- Symbol $PRG, $BERA
- Token Contract Addresses (on Berachain and bridging addresses if cross-chain):

PORRIDGE is a call option to buy $LOCKS at floor price through Goldiswap. There is currently ~$180,000 NECT of liquidity for $PORRIDGE on Kodiak, and a further $593,000 HONEY in liquidity on Goldiswap. Porridge is emitted to $LOCKS stakers at a rate of 0.4 $PORRIDGE per $LOCKS annually (emissions rate controlled by governance). The Goldilocks DAO treasury (4/7 multisig) controls ~200m $PORRIDGE, whose usage is determined by DAO governance. - Does the project issuing the token have any relationship with current Berachain validators? Yes, through partnerships
- If yes, which ones? THJ, Beradrome and ApiologyDAO
- Total Supply Cap (if any) N/A (infinite)
- Circulating Supply 226,629,580 LOCKS, 23,734,584 PORRIDGE
- Token Type:
LOCKS = governance, PORRIDGE = utility (call option to buy LOCKS at floor price) - If either token is a native stablecoin, LST, or governance token, provide extra details on: LOCKS is the primary governance token that controls all operations of Goldilocks DAO, and PORRIDGE is the Goldilocks emissions token that allows holders to acquire LOCKS at the current floor price.
- Are token contracts upgradable? No
- Token Control: (Multisig/Single Owner/RBAC/Permissionless/Governance): LOCKS is entirely permissionless (no multisig ownership), and majority (~90%) of PORRIDGE supply is held by Goldilocks 4/7 multisig, with emissions controlled by DAO governance.
- Additional details on Token Control
- Is the token contract verified? Yes
- Is the token a standard ERC20 or any functions have been customized? (e.g. transfer, balance, mint, burn…)
Audits relating to LOCKS and PORRIDGE all available here: Audits | GoldiDOCS - Can the token be paused? No
Additional Requirements:
- Specify how many tokens per week you plan to allocate for incentives: 1,000,000 $PRG and 416 $BERA per week for 12 weeks (initially), with $BERA incentives never to exceed 5% of Goldilocks RFA.
- Specify for how many weeks you plan to allocate incentives: 12 weeks (initially).
- Outline how decisions about token incentives are made (DAO, multi-sig, etc.): Token emissions are determined by DAO governance. 12 million $PORRIDGE were set aside for this specific purpose in the initial emissions schedule, as you can see here - LOCKS | GoldiDOCS. Within this context, limited decision making responsibility was dedicated to the Goldilocks team via governance proposal GGP1, which you can read here – GGP 1 | GoldiDOCS
- Incentive Manager address (this address will manage the incentive token, being able to add incentive tokens to the reward vault and change the incentive rate): 0x3B0efb9E4165C56d5b1E8849b38426E1B5615593. Note that this address manages the DAO’s RFA allowance – 12,000,000 PORRIDGE will be transferred from the main multisig to the RFA multisig for the purpose of this reward vault.
6. Growth, Community & Ecosystem Impact
Why This Contract Matters:
- How will this contract benefit Berachain?
Goldilocks DAO was one of the first native Berachain projects, and it has been building in public as a Berachain project since September 2022. It has deep integrations and partnerships with many core Berachain projects. It has already launched its first yield tokenisation vaults and has many more lined up with a range of core Berachain projects. Increasing the liquidity for $LOCKS (and indirectly $PORRIDGE) allows Goldilocks to grow and scale liquidity incentives as it deploys more integrations across the ecosystem.
- Will it deepen liquidity for a major ecosystem token (e.g., BERA, core stable asset)?
Yes. There is currently about 2.5m HONEY in $LOCKS liquidity on Goldiswap and a further 200k $NECT liquidity for $PORRIDGE. All purchases of $LOCKS directly inject additional $HONEY liquidity into Goldiswap, thereby generating demand and on chain liquidity for $HONEY, and deepening liquidity for $LOCKS and $PORRIDGE. Furthermore, this reward vault is for $LOCKS/BERA LP, and so will directly incentivise $BERA purchases.
- Does it enable important trading pairs that drive adoption or integrate with other Berachain projects? Yes, BGT emissions will help to deepen $LOCKS and $PORRIDGE liquidity, thereby supporting the value of liquidity incentives for all Goldilocks products, including e.g. our live and forthcoming yield tokenisation vaults with Reservoir, Infrared, Bedrock, Bearn, Etherfi, Smilee, Beraborrow, Origami and many others.
Potential Volume / TVL:
- Provide metrics or estimates on liquidity you expect to attract. There is currently ~2.5m HONEY in $LOCKS Goldiswap liquidity, and 100k of LOCKS/BERA liquidity. We hope to at least triple the LOCKS/BERA liquidity in order to scale our ability to attract new capital to our platforms and the chain.
- Highlight any known liquidity commitments. (If you or partners plan to seed the contract, provide proof of funds or a statement of intent.) N/A
Synergies with Other Protocols:
- Will this contract feed into any yield aggregators, lending markets, or liquid staking derivatives on Berachain?
This contract is a Beradrome plugin. Depositors will stack oBERO and BGT rewards. Because $LOCKS has a minimum backing value at all times, this reward vault can easily be integrated into lending markets and other defi protocols across Berachain. Additionally, this will strengthen the ability of Goldilocks to use its own liquidity incentives for yield tokenisation vaults across the ecosystem, thereby opening up many new possible synergies/integrations.
Marketing / Promotion:
- Are there plans to co-market with another project to bootstrap liquidity?
We will co-market with our partners THJ and Beradrome.
Long-Term Vision:
- How could this reward vault evolve over time? (E.g., eventually becoming a core liquidity pair or a major stable pool for the chain.)
Over time, this reward vault is positioned to evolve into a core liquidity pillar of the Goldilocks ecosystem. As the primary DEX liquidity outside of our custom AMM, it not only creates a sustainable Bera sink but also introduces arbitrage opportunities against the native Goldiswap Honey/Locks pairing. This dynamic drives organic volume across both the vault and our AMM.
Strategically, the vault additionally serves as a user acquisition and retention funnel, drawing users into our 3 core products: Goldiswap, Goldilend, and Goldivaults and helps strengthen Goldilocks’ position as a foundational layer within the broader Berachain core app space

Final Reminder
A successful RFRV hinges on demonstrating:
- Security: Low smart contract and token risk.
- Demand: Community and liquidity providers want this pair.
- Ecosystem Benefit: Increases volume, TVL, or strategic positioning for Berachain.
Make sure to cover these points clearly to maximize your chances of passing the governance vote / RFRV!
