Add Incentive Token $wgBERA onto Wasabee - wBERA | wgBERA Reward Vault

Purpose of the amendment

To add $wgBERA, the Smilee’s LST token of BERA as the second incentive token onto the Wasabee - wBERA | wgBERA rewards vault.

Important to note: Currently, incentives on this RV are primarily denominated in wBERA. The Plan is to now add a second incentive token to maintain a strong bribe flow from both parties.
